Where is your Langley lab?
Our main lab, reception, and shipping address is 20627 Fraser Hwy, Langley, BC V3A 4G4. This is TeraDrive’s primary facility, where all recovery work is performed, and it also receives devices shipped from anywhere in Canada.
Do I need an appointment to drop off my device?
No. Our Langley lab welcomes walk-ins Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Just bring your device to reception and our team will log it in and start the free diagnostic process. If you prefer, you can also call ahead at 604-800-9060.
How much does data recovery cost?
Every case is different, so we provide a clear quote before any work begins, and you approve it first. Our policy is simple: no data, no fee. If we cannot recover your data, you do not pay for the recovery attempt.
Can you recover a clicking or non-detecting hard drive?
Yes. Clicking or a drive that is not detected usually means a mechanical failure that needs cleanroom work. Power the drive off and bring it in, continuing to run a clicking drive can cause permanent damage. Do not open the drive yourself.
Is my data kept private and handled locally?
Yes. Every recovery is performed by our own team inside this Langley facility. Your data never leaves British Columbia and is never sent offshore or to third parties.
